Here's an explanation on what we do...

We do two things, sell new and second hand items to the general public and organise selling items on behalf of other people. If you're a business have a read of the Commercial page and get in touch for a specific chat about how we can work together.

We sell anything as long as it's in good condition, saleable and financially viable for us to deal with.  We sell a whole manner of items and possesions from furniture and antiques through to flat screen televisions and mountain bikes, if it's something that can be sold, we will do it for you.

The benefit of using us to sell your items for you is the comprehensive service we offer, where once we collect the items from you, we absolutely everything else. Or if you are buying from us the benefits are that we sell great quality items for a fair price and we deal with everyone that buys from us in a professional way.

We come to you as long as you're in the South West / Midlands area and we assess the items you want to sell. We have a chat about what what we would do to sell your items and really go over the details involved in us taking on your items to sell for you. We also use this time to discuss values of the items and what you think they would sell for. Discussing this is very helpful at this stage as sometimes the reality of what things can sell for is very different to how you value your own items. 

Once we have gone over all of the details and we've answered your questions and you've had a chance to meet us, we can then arrange another time to come back and collect the items or we can even take the items away straight away that day. If this is what you want us to do please mention it when booking your appointment so we are prepared to take the items away that day. From this point we quite literally we will do everything else to get the items sold.

We will sell your items through which ever avenue we think is best, whether that’s online auction, item specific websites, local classifieds or even a specialist dealer or retailer. We do all of the leg work and take the hassle away from you.

• Will not charge you a penny if your items don't sell and we

We only get paid once your items sell. There are no upfront fees or charges and we only charge a commission on what gets sold. That commission covers everything from the time it takes to visit you and take the items away through to wrapping something up and sending it out. All of the costs we incur come out of our commission and not yours. The commission we charge is 45% of the selling total on your items sale value. We charge an additional 10% on items you want us to break down ourselves and carry down from up stairs or negotiate them through complex buildings to get the items outside. This additional commission will be charged on every item we pick up on that day. This will be discussed on an intial meeting about what you want to sell and how we work, and only when all parties have agreed we will get the process started. An initial meeting will give all parties the opportunity to discuss any other requirements or special considerations, these will all be dealt with before we proceed to the next stage.

For high value items (over £500), specialist or very large / unusual items we are happy to negotiate fees and terms on a per item basis.

Or if you want to create space and just get rid of your items, we can come along and take them off of you for a one off flat fee. Obviously your items have to be in saleable condition to make it worth our while. This is not the option you'd want if you're looking for a lot of money for your items as we have a very specific way of pricing up such items. This really only works if you just want the items to be taken away and you want some money for them and no hassle what so ever.
